We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to bring the magic to our rosters and ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality support with the right people, at the right time. The role is based in our Darlinghurst Office in Sydney, offering a 3 day in office, 2 days from home hybrid working model!

What You'll Do
You'll be the operational engine behind the scenes – part planner, part puzzle-solver, part people-whisperer. Every day will be different, but you’ll:
  • Craft seamless rosters that match support workers with clients based on skills, availability, and connection
  • Respond to queries like a pro – whether by phone, email, or internal ticketing system
  • Ensure shift approvals happen like clockwork for smooth payroll processing
  • Solve scheduling challenges – filling gaps, managing leave, and keeping things running without a hitch
  • Keep systems sharp – update client records, maintain compliance, and support new intakes
  • Communicate like a legend – keeping clients and support workers informed and confident

What Makes You Shine

You bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination (NDIS/healthcare is a bonus!)
  • Tech skills to burn – you know your way around MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce and rostering tools
  • A sharp eye for detail and a brain that thinks two steps ahead
  • Strong communication skills – you can juggle, prioritise, and keep everyone in the loop with ease
  • A calm head under pressure and a genuine love of helping others
