Nextt are seeking committed and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support two clients in
Wauchope. Your role will include medication prompts, meal preparation, domestic duties, financial management support, attending appointments, and facilitating access to the community.
One client uses a wheelchair and is independent with transfers, while the other attends supported employment and benefits from calm, consistent support around behaviours. Both have strong personal interests—cars and 4WDs, and the Parramatta Eels—making person-centred, relationship-based care essential.
Shift Times Client 1: - Work Days: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Non-Work Days: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evenings (Daily): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Services provided 7 days a week
Client 2: - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $33.96
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04
- Saturday: $47.55
- Sunday: $61.13
- Public holiday: $74.72
