Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Highfields.
About the Clients You will be supporting
two female clients living with
Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy and Myotonia. They require comprehensive and person-centred support to live independently and safely in their home.
Key Responsibilities You will assist with a variety of essential daily care needs, including:
- Manual handling (hoist and sling transfers)
- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- Bladder incontinence and toileting
- Medication administration
- Domestic assistance (household tasks, cleaning, laundry)
- Supporting clients with all daily living activities

PPT 1 50 hours per fortnight
Week 1 - Thursday 6am to 9am - 3 hours
- Friday 6am to 10am - 4 hours
Week 2 - Tuesday 13:00pm to 20:00pm - 7 hours
- Wednesday 17:00pm to 22:00pm - 5 hours
- Thursday 22:00pm to 6:00am - 8 hours
- Friday 17:00pm to 22:00pm - 5 hours
- Saturday 13:00pm to 22:00pm - 9 hours
- Sunday 13:00pm to 22:00pm - 9 hours

Base Pay & Shift Rates SCHADS Award – Permanent Part-Time (PPT) SIL,
before tax, including leave entitlements:
- Day Shift (Mon–Fri): $33.03/hr
- Afternoon Shift (Ends 8pm–12am): $37.16/hr
- Active Night Shift (Ends after 12am or starts before 6am): $37.98/hr
- Saturday: $49.55/hr
- Sunday: $66.06/hr
- Public Holiday: $82.58/hr
What You'll Need - Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- QLD Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / QLD Yellow Card
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety and You online modules
