Skilled General Hand – Engineering Maintenance

  • Salary: $69,764 per annum ($1,341 per week)
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • 9-day fortnight

The City is seeking a Skilled General Hand Engineering Maintenance, responsible for carrying out engineering maintenance on the City's assets and infrastructure, in addition to operating heavy fleet and plant equipment. This is a hands-on role, where you will undertake engineering maintenance practices including bollard and pedestrian rail maintenance, signage installation, concreting, brick paving and kerb maintenance.

To be considered for this role, you will hold the following:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in engineering maintenance practices.
  • Chainsaw Certificate.
  • WA MR/HR Class Drivers Licence.
  • Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (highly desirable).
  • Current First Aid Certification including CPR.
  • Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
