Lead the Future of Swim Education in Canterbury-Bankstown!
The Canterbury-Bankstown Leisure & Aquatic Services Swim School is entering an exciting new chapter and we’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused professional to lead the way as our Site Supervisor – Swim School.
In this dynamic role, you’ll inspire and manage a team delivering vital swim education to thousands across our community. You’ll take charge of site operations, drive program excellence, and play a key role in exciting upcoming projects, including a full program rebrand, innovative service delivery models and the launch of brand-new, state-of-the-art aquatic facilities.
Based at one of our key venues (Birrong, Canterbury, Revesby or Roselands), you’ll work closely with leadership to shape the future of our Swim School and make a real impact.

This is a permanent full-time role offering a highly competitive salary starting from $75,011 (Grade E, Step 1) plus 11.5% superannuation.
