As an Early Childhood Educator, you will provide a high-quality, innovative educational program that meets the individual needs of children aged from birth to six years at the Joyce Avenue Children’s Centre. This role will ensure that care and education programs align with the Early Childhood Services Philosophy.
You’ll be a great communicator, effectively assisting families about their child's development and well-being and collaborating with other educators to create an environment that promotes learning and development, ensuring that all children, regardless of background, culture, or ability, have equal opportunities to participate in activities and learning experiences. You’ll ensure a child-safe environment and contribute to a culture of child safety by fulfilling the responsibilities and requirements of Council’s Child Safe Policy and procedures.

The successful candidate will be required to work each Monday and Tuesday on a rotating roster. Earliest start time is 6:45am and latest finishing time is 6:15pm.
