As a Casual Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in upholding Council's objectives and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. What you'll need to succeed (Essential Criteria)

  1. Royal Life Saving Society Australia Pool Lifeguard Certificate or possess statement of course completion or be willing to obtain before commencement of the role.
  2. Demonstrated ability in the use of POS, cash handling systems, and operating devices effectively, embracing digital solutions for aquatic facility activities to enable systems to facilitate day- to-day operations.
  3. Ability to network effectively with key stakeholders in offering advice and support to delivering high level customer services.
  4. Hold and maintain First Aid Certificate and Advances Resuscitation Certificate or equivalent
  5. Hold a valid Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
