The Position
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative assistance and support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and, as allocated, work collaboratively with the broader Senior Leadership Team for all executive support services and communications.

About You
You will have a Certificate III Office Administration or minimum of three (3) years secretarial experience including at least one (1) year providing or assisting in provision of secretarial services to a management position. You must have excellent secretarial, reception and office administration skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar.
It is essential that you have well developed planning and organisational skills with ability to independently work on multiple tasks, determine priorities and meet deadlines - See a full list of the essential and desirable Selection Criteria, in the Position Description
