Are you a skilled and compassionate FEMALE Disability Support Worker ready to provide meaningful, person-centred care? We’re searching for someone special to support a remarkable woman living with Dementia, vision impairment, and Diabetes.

About the Role:
Join a warm and supportive environment where your experience in Behaviour Support, Mental Health, Medication Assistance, and Diabetes Care will be valued. Your client enjoys community outings, meaningful conversation, and having a steady, reliable presence in her day.

You’ll provide:
  • Personal care and companionship in the home
  • Support with medications and diabetes management
  • Behavioural and emotional support
  • Assistance with accessing the local community
Shifts (7 days a week):
  • 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 5:30pm
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): 
  • Base hourly rate: $33.96 
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36 
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04 
  • Saturday: $47.55 
  • Sunday: $61.13 
  • Public holiday: $74.72 
Compliance Requirements:
  • NDIS workers screening check 
  • Working with children check (Employee)
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
  • Australian drivers license and your own fully insured vehicle
