Nextt Disability is seeking a reliable and experienced Mental Health / Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting a young male client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment in South Ripley.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and person-centred support position for a client with complex behavioural needs. You must have experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) and working within restrictive practice guidelines. The focus is on promoting independence and wellbeing through daily support routines.
About the Client:
Interests include Marvel, Anime, and computer gaming
Support is provided both at the client's home and his family home
Assistance required with cooking, cleaning, emotional wellbeing, and general daily tasks
