Disability Support Worker – Taree & Old Bar Support two vibrant young adults to live their best lives!
Are you passionate about helping others and ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide support to two individuals in the Taree and Old Bar areas.
Locations: Taree & Old Bar
Shifts: Monday to Sunday - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Meet Our Clients:Client 1 – Old Bar A fun-loving 27-year-old woman living with an Acquired Brain Injury and mental health challenges. She loves fashion, makeup, and op-shopping!
Support Needed: - Shopping & errands
- Light household tasks
- Attending appointments
Client 2 – Taree A sociable 27-year-old man with an ABI and mental health support needs. He’s passionate about cars and enjoys spending time with mates.
Support Needed: - Community access
- Household duties
- Meal preparation
- Appointment support
Pay Rates
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $33.96
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04
- Saturday: $47.55
- Sunday: $61.13
- Public holiday: $74.72
Your Certificates and Licences: - NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)
