About Kids' Early Learning
Here at Council, we own and operate a childcare business, Kids’ Early Learning, with a portfolio of 31 childcare centres and over 40 family daycare educators.
Kids’ Early Learning has approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff, and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 2000 families and providing care and learning needs for their children.

About the opportunity
As a permanent, full-time Senior Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the implementation, operation and coordination of Council staff, resources, quality standards curriculum, strategic development and legislative compliance of Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) centre day care operations. The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
