ABOUT THE ROLE
As Records Officer, you will support the management of Council’s recordkeeping systems and corporate records in line with relevant legislation. You’ll also play a key role in helping users across the organisation use these systems effectively, including delivering training and support where needed.
The role includes maintaining our electronic document records management system (EDRMS), maintaining corporate registers, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and contributing to a range of general administrative tasks.
This role is full-time working nine-days a fortnight, 35 hours per week, however the hours and work days are negotiable for the right candidate.
The remuneration includes a salary range for from $62,000 - $71,800 ($34.11 - $39.49/hr) plus superannuation, with employment terms and conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
