Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.

GRIFFITH REGIONAL AQUATIC LEISURE CENTRE ASSISTANT MANAGER (permanent,)

The position is responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operational management of the Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre. The position will work on a flexible rotating shift basis with the Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre Manager to ensure necessary operational management capacity is maintained at the Centre across the hours of operation.

Qualifications: The successful applicant will require a current First Aid Certificate, a current CPR Accreditation and an Australian Class “C” driver licence.  Please include copies of all relevant licenses and qualifications with your application.

Skills & Knowledge: The successful applicant will require experience and skill in managing people in a dynamic multifunctional service orientated environment, demonstrated experience in rostering functions for a work group/team in addition to excellent verbal, and written communication and sound computer experience.

Salary and conditions: Commencement annual salary range from $86,451.04 to $95,096.04 (Grade 14).
