As our Training Systems Project Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and optimising our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll ensure training data is accurate, troubleshoot system issues, and support the rollout of new training initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to a culture of learning, safety, and high performance across Council.

About You

You are experienced in managing Learning Management Systems or similar platforms, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for maintaining data integrity. Solution-oriented and resourceful, you thrive on troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently. Your strong communication skills enable you to provide effective training and support to staff at all levels, while your collaborative approach ensures you work seamlessly across departments and with external partners. If you also bring experience with HRIS, knowledge of relevant legislation, or a background in local government, that’s a distinct advantage.
