About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Developer Infrastructure Coordination Engineer to join our Asset Planning and Support team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on supporting the development industry by preparing and managing Works In Kind (WIK) agreements and ensuring the timely delivery of essential infrastructure. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the North West Growth Sector, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop Council’s Annual Works Improvement Program and contribute to the long-term infrastructure delivery plan.
Your expertise will directly support Council’s Resourcing Strategy by integrating infrastructure planning with financial sustainability. This includes contributing to Asset Management Plans and aligning infrastructure delivery with the Long Term Financial Plan. You will also be involved in preparing Section 7.11 Contribution Plans, forecasting financial requirements, and maintaining Council’s Asset Register.
