About the Role
We're seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to support one of our valued clients in their daily routine. You’ll be providing high-quality, individualised care that includes:
 

• Personal care and manual handling (including use of a ceiling hoist)
• Bowel and catheter care
• Assistance with stretches, skin care, and medication (including crushing medication)
• Support using cough assist and suction machine

Shifts
 

• Wednesday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (weekly)
• Sunday: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (fortnightly)
• Friday & every second Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Active overnight)

Pay Rates 
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): 
 

• Base hourly rate: $33.96
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)  $38.04
• Saturday: $47.55
• Sunday: $61.13
• Public holiday: $74.72
