Ready for an exciting challenge? Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking a proactive Works Supervisor to lead the maintenance, construction, and defect reporting of our roads and drainage assets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the daily activities of assigned work crews in relation to road and drainage construction and repairs, under the guidance of the Works Coordinator.
2. Ensure that Traffic Management Plans are provided for all daily projects to ensure the safety of the public and work teams.
3. Perform asset inspections as required by the Works Coordinator to assess condition and compliance.

1. Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision
2. 5 years supervisory experience
