About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workshop to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications and experience
 

Essential:

• Tertiary or trade qualifications
• Strong experience and leadership
• Extensive experience in the application of skills in all aspects of the job
• Solid knowledge of application of skills in complex areas of the job
• Demonstrated experience leading a medium to large team of functional / operational positions
• Demonstrated communication skills when responding to staff
• Current class ‘HR’ driver's licence.

Remuneration and benefits

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.

• Entry level for this position starts at $1,730.04 per week
• 38-hour working week
• Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
• Car allowance
• Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
