We're looking for a passionate and experienced Disability Support Work TeamLeader to join our Geelong team. You'll be providing hands-on support to clients while also mentoring and guiding a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Permanent Part-Time hours available Shifts across AM, PM, weekends, sleepovers and active nights to suit your availability.
What you'll be doing:
Providing direct support to clients with complex physical and behavioural needs
Mentoring and supporting a team of Support Workers
Coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring care plans are followed
Supporting with onboarding and training
Administrative Duties
Monitoring incidents and ensuring appropriate follow-up
Promoting independence and community participation
What we're looking for:
Experience in disability support, including complex needs – essential
Experience in a leadership role – essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check, VIC WWCC, First Aid and CPR
Driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
