Nextt is looking for a Senior Manager – Growth & Operations to lead the charge in building sustainable growth and delivering exceptional client experiences across SIL, Core, and SDA services in Adelaide.
About the Role This isn’t your average leadership gig.
As our new Senior Manager – Growth & Operations, you’ll wear two equally vital hats:
- Growth Strategist: You’ll drive the regional growth agenda, developing and executing targeted strategies to build a strong pipeline, boost visibility, and grow revenue through meaningful partnerships.
- Client Experience Champion: You’ll guide your team of Client Experience Managers (CEMs) to deliver services that are person-centered, rights-based, and outcomes-focused—ensuring every participant gets the support they need and deserve.
You’ll be a key stakeholder in our Client Experience Team, working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to unlock sustainable, measurable success.
Your Impact - Lead and develop a team of high-performing CEMs, embedding a strong coaching and mentoring culture
- Collaborate with hospitals, SCs, LACs, and NDIA to build trusted referral pipelines
- Use data to drive decisions, forecast regional growth, and monitor financial performance
- Solve systemic challenges through innovation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and active support
You Bring - A track record of delivering sustainable growth in NDIS, Disability, Health, or Community sectors
- 5+ years' senior leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of SIL, Core, and SDA, including NDIS Practice Standards
- The ability to balance commercial priorities with genuine care and client-centered delivery
- A flair for building strong partnerships and leading with empathy and accountability
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Allied Health, Business, or similar
