About the Opportunity
The Information Management Project Officer is responsible for the provision of high level end user and system support to Councils electronic document management system, currently the Technology One Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product. This role is also responsible in assisting with delivery of project and administrative activities that enable the team to work effectively and deliver on organisation goals.
This position is Full Time/Fixed Term until February 2027
This role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities which may vary as directed by Council. The key ones include:
Planning and providing high level of support and advice to software system upgrades or new system implementations
System Administrator for Council's Name and Address Module in Authority including end user training
Work with stakeholders to plan, develop and communicate key system projects and provide high level administrative project support
About yourself
A person in this position will need to hold a relevant qualification in Information Management or in a related field, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have
High level of knowledge around Software Systems applicable to the role
