CUSTOMER SERVICES COORDINATOR (Permanent)
The purpose of the Customer Services Coordinator is to manage and develop the Customer Service Department and the administrative support team for Development & Building ensuring optimal service delivery whilst Council’s Policies and procedures are followed, Service Level Agreements are achieved and efficient processes are in place in accordance with relevant legislation.
The Customer Service Coordinator liaises and collaborates with other departments across Council, with the aim to create awareness of current issues and identify areas for improvement to facilitate the best possible outcomes for Customers and Council.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will require a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent tertiary qualifications in management, business, administration or related field; or demonstrated experience able to carry out the duties of the role. Hours of work: 35 hours per week.
Salary and conditions: Commencement annual salary range from $94,437.20 to $103,885.80 (Grade 16), plus superannuation.
