Human Resources BP

Are you a motivated human resources professional looking to broaden your experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and adaptable team member to join us and provide HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The position is for a fixed term for 6 months providing an opportunity in expand on your current experience and / or support you while you study.

Part time and hybrid arrangements are available for the right applicant.

About the Role

You will have experience in providing human resources support to a diverse team, the ability to take initiative and to multi-task; and have a positive and helpful ‘can-do’ attitude. 

You will ideally have an interest in further developing your skills in the Human Resource field. Have excellent oral, written and interactive communication skills; a strong attention to detail and have the ability to engage and build trusted and credible relationships within the People & Safety team as well as other Council Departments.
