We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Organisational Performance & Reporting Advisor to join our team!
What You Will Do:
As an Organisational Performance & Reporting Advisor, you will be responsible for leading our corporate and statutory reporting functions, driving business improvement initiatives, and supporting the delivery of our customer experience strategy.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualification in business or a related field or possess equivalent demonstrated experience operating within legislative frameworks in large and complex organisations.
Demonstrated experience in producing and monitoring strategic, operational and business plans and risk assessments.
Strong capacity for strategic thinking along with highly developed analytical, problem solving, report writing skills.
Experience of process mapping, process reengineering and process improvement.
Ability to effectively manage projects to ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery whilst maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
Proven ability to interact, negotiate, influence and build relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and senior management.
