About the opportunity

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is calling for candidates who wish to register their interest for any up and coming permanent or fixed term vacancies in our Works departments at the Shire of Augusta Margaret River. The Works department contains a diverse workforce spanning Civil Construction, Gardening and Maintenance.

Our Talent Pool is designed for you to register your expression of interest. Should any suitable opportunities arise, you may be contacted.

Expressions of Interest 2026 – Shire Works (HR 12/23)

Full-time and Part-time applications considered. 

General skills required:

• Able to demonstrate the Shire values of honesty, commitment, respect and courage
• An interest in Construction, Maintenance and/or Parks & Gardens
• Sound team working ability and communication skills
• Experience in plant such as mowers, tractors, excavators, loaders and trucks
• A current MR or HR class licence and construction white card
