The Role

Are you an experienced Educational Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a passionate and inspiring early childhood professional to join our Strategic Improvement Team and help strengthen educational practice across our Early Years Services.

About You

You are an experienced early childhood professional with strong pedagogical knowledge and a passion for supporting others to learn and grow. You build positive relationships, facilitate meaningful professional conversations and inspire educators to reflect on and strengthen their practice.

You bring experience in educational leadership, professional learning and coaching, along with a sound understanding of the Approved Learning Frameworks, relevant legislation and Victorian Child Safe Standards. You can balance strategic thinking with practical support and enjoy working collaboratively with educators, leaders and specialist staff across multiple services.
