About the Role: You will be working closely with our client, who loves baking, cooking, pampering herself with nail treatments, and going on outings with her support team. She values genuine connection and enjoys meaningful conversations with those around her.
Key Responsibilities:
Manual handling & transfers
Personal care
Daily living support (meal preparation, hygiene, household tasks)
Building positive, trusting relationships with the client
Experience in high physical support and personal care
Compassionate, patient, and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
NDIS workers screening check
Working with children check
NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
Car with Comprehensive Insurance
Drivers Licence
First Aid and CPR
CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:
Base Day Rate: $33.96/hour
Afternoon: $37.36/hour
Active Night: $38.04/hour
Saturday: $47.55/hour
Sunday: $61.13/hour
Public Holiday: $74.72/hour
