We're Hiring: Female Disability Support Worker Specialising in Behaviour Support and Mental Health
Are you a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated support worker with a passion for empowering others? We’re looking for an experienced FEMALE Disability Support Worker to join our team in making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a female participant with psychosocial disability, focusing on behaviour support, mental health, and community access. This is a support role where building trust, encouraging independence, and providing respectful, person-centred care is key.
Shifts Available (Ongoing Roster):
Week 1:
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Week 2:
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
Experience in behaviour support and/or mental health
Proven ability to support community access and engagement
Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:
Day: $33.96/hour
Afternoon: $37.36/hour
Active night: $38.04/hour
Saturday: $47.55/hour
Sunday: $61.13/hour
Public holiday: $74.72/hour
